ImageSnap prints and ships products for its customers. We always make your products with the greatest attention and care, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. Please Note: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of ImageSnap’s error.
There are some situations that ImageSnap can't control. ImageSnap is not responsible for the following:
Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor quality images.
Spelling, punctuation, or accuracy errors in text on image.
Errors in user-customizable features, such as choice of product, cropping, size and formatting.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact ImageSnap so we can investigate. Even if it turns out not to be our error, we will work with you to correct the issue.
To Return Your Items
Contact ImageSnap to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return. Send the package to:
