Delivery Options & Deadlines

ImageSnap prints and ships products for its customers and the customers of its many affiliates. We generally print your product(s) within 24-48 hours. We ship via United States Postal Service and with UPS, and transit times vary depending on destination. Deliveries are made only on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. Standard delivery via ground service takes 1-6 business days. If you wish, 3-Day (delivery within 3 business days) 2-Day (delivery within 2 business days) and Next Day (delivery within one business day) air service are available for an additional charge.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of California. The current Santa Cruz tax rate is 9.5%.

Special Handling

Due to the fragile nature of many of our products, we take special care to ensure the delivery of your products in perfect condition. Fragile products, such as ceramic tile and mugs, are wrapped securely with bubble wrap. In some cases these products are double-boxed.

Restrictions

Please note that UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact ImageSnap or the owner of the Web site on which your purchase was made within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. Read ImageSnap’s Guarantee for more information on returns.
