ImageSnap Guarantee
ImageSnap prints and ships products for its own customers and our many affiliate Web sites. We always make your products with the greatest attention and care, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact ImageSnap or the owner of the Web site on which you placed your order within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of ImageSnap's error.

There are some situations that ImageSnap can't control. ImageSnap is not responsible for the following:
Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor quality images. Pay attention to our Image Quality Meter on the right side of the Photo Item Designer. The meter describes the quality of your image. If the meter's reading is fair, poor or very poor, you may continue to use the image, but at your own risk.
Spelling, punctuation, or accuracy errors in the text entered by the customer. Please review your custom text carefully whether it is entered in the Photo Item Designer or in your image-editing program. ImageSnap does not proofread nor can it correct these errors.
Errors in user-customizable features, such as choice of product finish (in the case of ceramic and glass tile), cropping, size and formatting. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can investigate. Even if it turns out to be a user error, we will work with you to correct the error.
To return your items:
Contact the owner of the Web site on which you placed your order or contact returns@imagesnap.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.
