  3. Bay Photo, Inc., will always remove someone from our e-mail list upon request.
  4. Bay Photo, Inc., will not knowingly overcharge, undercharge or charge without permission any dollar amount to your credit card. If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to correct it.
