Digital photos are the most convenient, but if a digital file is not available, photo prints can be scanned to produce a digital file. ImageSnap will give you the specifications for digital photos and scanned photos, so your tile wall will look fantastic.

Get the best photos for your tile wall

Choose photos of faces that almost fill the entire tile. These photos will be recognizable from several feet away. Try to avoid photos featuring more than two people. Faces in group shots may be too small to be recognizable.

Try to use the full photo if resolution is low. Images cropped from larger photos may be too blurry to be identifiable.

Use photos taken by a donor or a member of the donor's family. Do not use copyrighted photos without permission from the copyright owner. Photos taken in professional studios, wedding photos, and school sports photos may be copyrighted.

Photos printed on ImageSnap's ceramic tile usually look better than the original photo.
